7 workouts in 7 hours on 7th …..
Over the last 5 years the Friends group have secured funding to offer a range of free/subsidised activities within the park, which encourage people to take advantage of their free local resource (their local park), to improve their health & well-being. Sessions include Community Fitness, Run Club, Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Tai Chi, Tennis, Kids Fitness, Netball & more! These sessions are suitable for ANYONE and allow people to get more active and meet new people in a fun & friendly environment.
The event will take place in Moorside Park on 7th July and participants will be taking part in 7 workouts in 7 hours (all of which will take advantage of the facilities within the park).
Special thanks to Pioneer Fitness, Fitness Ninja, Be Yoga, Moorside Park Run Club & Zumba in the Park all of whom have donated their time to support this event and will be running the workouts through the day.
