Kids Fitness Sessions

 

Kids Fitness Sessions – Tuesday 6pm  Starting 30th April

These sessions are being run by personal trainers from Pioneer Fitness.

The sessions will incorporate body weight exercises, cardio activities and fun games
– and best of all……they are completely FREE!

Any child under 13 joining the sessions will need to be fully supervised for the duration of the class by a parent/guardian.
