Fitness in the Park – Saturday 1pm Starting 4th May
The sessions run every Saturday from 1pm for 1 hour.
Classes alternate on a weekly basis between strength & conditioning/circuits, and boxercise.
The sessions are run by fully qualified personal trainers.
Exercises can be adapted to suit all fitness abilities and anyone with any medical conditions.
The sessions cost £5 for 5 weeks.
